Toyota reaches a $3 million dollar settlement with the relatives of a driver and survivors of a lawsuit involving a Camry that a jury agreed accelerated on its own. It was the first time a court ruled against Toyota in an unintended acceleration case. The woman driver was killed in 2007. Yesterday the Oklahoma City jury awarded $1.5 million each to the injured woman and the survivors of the woman who was killed. And it found Toyota liable of "reckless disregard" for the public's safety.
