A southern Illinois man is in intensive care at St. Mary's, after a head-on crash on Highway-62, west of Mount Vernon and near the Wabash River Bridge. Posey County Sheriff Greg Oeth says 57-year-old Davy Miller of Carmi was eastbound when he crossed the center line and struck a car driven by 19-year-old Felicia Hampsten of Grayville. Miller's car then hit guardrail on both sides of the road twice. He's in critical condition. Hampsten and two passengers were treated and released.
