In observance of Domestic Violence Month, law enforcement agencies in most states in the nation served a variety of warrants on thousands of persons. The Vanderburgh County Sheriff's office and U.S. Marshal's Service took part in the action starting early Wednesday morning. Thirteen deputies and the service served 21 arrest warrants on 11 persons in Vanderburgh County for Failure to Pay Child Support, Domestic Violence, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Resisting Law Enforcement and Possession of Cocaine.
