Tennessee man arrested in Henderson after two county pursuit

A Tennesee man driving a stolen truck leads police on a high speed chase along the Pennyrile Parkway through Webster and Henderson Counties, before being forced to stop along the 41 strip. Officers say they had been told that the driver, 46-year-old Ralph Baier had previously tried to run down an officer, and had told police he would try to harm himself and any any police officer who approached him. Police say that after Baier refused to stop, he continued north at speeds of up to 90 miles per hour.
