Basically this guy dumped some wood in the middle of the street.   Neighbors called the news and they found the guy and confront him.  Fast forward to about :58 sec in.  Classic.

Here's another loopy, drugged up kid who's mom thought it would be a good idea to film whining about the boy group "One Direction".  We must admit it's pretty funny. I could never get this upset about anything unless they discontinued bacon.
